Sure, it's important to stay informed on current events, but you should also focus
on
the positive aspects of your life, too. Make time for activities that are meaningful
to you,
such as doing a hobby or developing a healthy lifestyle. (D)
Make time for your own selfimprovement,
such as reading books, exercising or taking music classes. Concentrate on
your studies or work instead of letting messages and newsfeed to constantly attract

attention.
